✓ Flex AI
AI personal trainer that builds custom workouts and reviews your lifting form via video.
Why we recommend them
Flex AI is a mobile fitness app that generates personalized workout plans based on your training history, goals, and recovery, and lets you adjust them through natural-language chat with an AI coach called Lex. It also analyzes recorded lifts to give form feedback on things like bar path, joint position, and depth. Built for gym-goers who want data-driven programming and technique checks without a human trainer.
