“I’ve been a Submagic client for over a year now and I’m genuinely over the moon with them. The captioning is excellent and I haven’t had any issues with it to date. I particularly love the fact that you can upload your own fonts, which is such a great feature for keeping content ”
“Barely works, submagic is over priced, frequently inaccessible, works poorly when available, and has nearly no customer service”
“I had an issue with changing my plan due to a dashboard pop-up, but Mohammad from customer support resolved it in just a few minutes. He was extremely helpful, fast, and provided a direct solution. Great support team!”
